Job DescriptionMy client is a world leader in designing and manufacturing automated machines for producers of fasteners, engine valves, and other high-performance components.\\n\\nThey are in need ot an Automation Technician with some understanding of either elctrical controls or machinery applications and moving parts such as hydraulics/pneumatics.\\n\\nJob Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Programming PLCs, HMI’s and Servo systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley) for bespoke machines.\\n\\n * Designing Electrical Control Systems.\\n\\n * Testing, De-bugging, Commissioning and Servicing of Machines.\\n\\n * Problem Solving both on-site at customers premises and remotely via email / web access.\\n\\nExperience Required:\\n\\n * An understanding of Industry 4.0, data collection and transfer, communication protocols etc.\\n\\n * A highly-organised and tidy work style.\\n\\n * Willingness to travel overseas for short periods.\\n\\n * Qualified to Degree level or equivalent in Electrical / Control Engineering

Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year

Experience: 3 years required
