Kenway Homes is a bespoke housebuilder delivering high-quality, individually designed homes. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our growing team and support our sites across the region.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working on different tasks and takes pride in keeping sites organised.

The Role

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Moving and distributing materials across multiple sitesCollecting materials from builders’ merchants and suppliersAssisting tradespeople as requiredKeeping sites clean, tidy, and well maintainedSupporting site managers with general tasksAssisting with property handovers and final site preparationAbout You

Previous construction or labouring experience preferredPhysically fit and comfortable with manual workReliable, punctual, and able to follow instructionsAble to work well as part of a team and independentlyFull UK driving licence essentialPositive attitude and willingness to learnJob Type: Full-time
