Role Purpose

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the Customer Service and KANE Account Management teams.

The role ensures customer quotations, orders, service documentation and loan equipment are processed professionally and in line with Company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Customer Service and KAM ManagerProcess quotes and orders, take payments for sales and service ordersDeal with Service Administration queriesControl of loan units - booking them in/out, managing our loan dashboard.Deal with any general queries via telephone or email.Provide back up support for incoming phone callsProvide admin support to the Field Sales Team

Person Specification

Essential

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident and professional telephone mannerCompetent IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Desirable

Experience working in a manufacturing or product-based businessExperience using CRM or ERP systems
