Located on university avenue our Spar is a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch dinner or great coffee on the go. Our aim is simple, to provide the best coffee and freshly made food where the service is friendly and efficient. We typically offer cold and hot food solutions ranging from sausage rolls, breakfast wraps, fruit pots, pastries, muffins, sandwiches, salads to stews, lasagnes to curries – there’s something for everyone! We want every customer that visits us to enjoy their experience and this will be down to you.


The Duty manager will help assist the manager with the running of the store. Previous experience with spar systems are advantageous but not essential. Locking up and opening up the store helping to train staff will be part of your daily routine.


Above all we’re looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and attitude, who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience that ensures they enjoy our store everyday! Hours of work: Full-time position available working 40/45 hours per week. Applicants should be fully flexible and available to work mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday with weekend shifts needed . Completed application forms must be submitted online.


Shifts run in a 4 week pattern of


1st week, 2 nights, 3 mornings no weekend


2nd week, 2 night 3 mornings no weekend


3rd week, 2 night 3 mornings weekend shift


4th week, 2 night 3 mornings weeknd shift
