JDR are recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected agricultural business with a strong track record of valuing and supporting its workforce. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a busy environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Main Duties:

Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods and materialsLoading and unloading agricultural produceSupporting production and logistics operations as requiredCarrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issuesMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentHours of Work:

Core hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-3pmFlexibility required: During peak periods, 12-hour shifts may be necessary (with advance notice)Overtime: Paid at x1.5 and x2Pay & Benefits:

Basic rate: £13.50 per hourOvertime premiums availableFriendly team environment and supportive managementOpportunity to secure a permanent contractRequirements:
