Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: £24,000 per annum

About Voxblock Voxblock creates screen‑free, Wi‑Fi‑free audiobook players for children, supporting listening and literacy in the home and classroom. About the Role We are looking for a reliable and organised Fulfilment Associate to join our team at Eskmills, Musselburgh. This is a full‑time, permanent role and a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company making a real impact on children’s literacy.
Your Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch both D2C and B2B orders daily using our fulfilment software. Maintain an organised warehouse and track inventory as required. Help with incoming stock deliveries. Assist in the finishing process by adding audio to book blocks (training will be provided). Work closely with the Customer Service and Publishing Associate to manage replacement orders, returns and new product launches. As part of a startup, flexibility is key – you may be asked to support the wider team with additional tasks where needed. What We’re Looking For Basic but confident IT skills. Ability to lift and move heavy or bulky items. Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are packed and labelled accurately. Highly organised, with the ability to manage high order volumes and tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using fulfilment or inventory management software (Zoho Inventory a plus). Experience with Shopify, Sendcloud, or similar platforms. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment. A genuine interest in books, reading, or children’s literacy – we care about what we make and we like working with people who do too.
