We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. MUST HOLD CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE

Duties

Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as requiredAssist skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing support and ensuring safety protocols are followedMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote a safe working environmentOperate basic machinery and tools under supervision, adhering to safety guidelinesFollow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on timeParticipate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the roleExperience

Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is advantageous but not essentialA willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as requiredAbility to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleaguesPhysical fitness to handle manual tasks and the ability to work in varying weather conditionsFamiliarity with health and safety regulations is desirableWe encourage candidates who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
