In this HR Business Partner role, you will partner with senior leaders across a global footprint to align people strategy with business priorities and drive transformation. You’ll balance strategic workforce initiatives with day-to-day delivery, supported by local HR teams, to build a future-ready organisation. You will influence culture, leadership development, and talent management while embedding our ESG and wellbeing priorities. This is a hands-on, international role with meaningful impact on growth and employee experience.
