Key Responsibilities:

Define and deliver the leadership, learning and capability strategy aligned to business priorities.Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future capability needs.Build scalable leadership development and talent solutions across markets and populations.Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing budgets and external partners to ensure strong commercial value and measurable impact.


What You’ll Bring:

Senior experience leading Leadership, Learning, Talent or Organisational Capability within a complex, fast-paced environment.A strong track record of shaping and delivering enterprise-wide leadership and capability strategies.Credibility and confidence to influence and challenge at executive level.Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing investment, external partners and measuring impact.Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to influence effectively and deliver impact within a fast-changing, evolving environment.Experience leading teams and operating across multiple markets or geographies.A pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
