What will you be doing?


As a Health Care Assistant / Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping residents feel safe, respected, valued and supported.


Your responsibilities may include:



Supporting residents with their daily living activities
General housekeeping, cleaning and tidying
Building positive and meaningful relationships with service users
Providing compassionate, person-centred support
Working flexibly and managing your time effectively
Helping create a warm, comfortable and welcoming environment
