We are looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants in North Lanarkshire. You'll be supporting clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding role where you make a real difference every day.
What We Offer

£13.45 per hour (£25,000–£27,976 per annum)
Mileage paid
Support to attain SVQ/SCQF Level 6 qualifications
SSSC registration support
PVG check covered
Regular supervisions and ongoing training
Full-time, stable employment

What You'll Need

Own car and a full UK driving licence (essential)
A caring and compassionate nature
Good communication skills
Reliability and a commitment to providing excellent care
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — we'll support you every step of the way
