Inbound Customer Service Advisor





Location: Arbroath


Pay: £12.71 per hour


Contract: Temporary Assignment - Initially 1 Month with Potential Extension


Start Date: ASAP





Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team based in Arbroath.





This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving queries, and working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities



Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Updating customer records and systems accurately
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes

Working Hours



Working 5 days out of 7, including every second weekend
Shifts operating between 7:00am and 10:00pm
Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work across these hours

What We are Looking For



Previous customer service experience is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Good IT and administration skills
A positive and professional approach to customer interactions
Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
