The Range is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy retail store in Barrow-in-Furness. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain store standards.

You will oversee service delivery, coaching, merchandising, compliance, and safety, ensuring procedures are followed and performance remains strong in a fast-paced environment.
