Are you looking to use your warehouse and FLT experience in a new role? Do you like the sound of working on a large, complex operation with one of the biggest names in logistics? Are you ready for your next challenge?

We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver on the day shift, rotating 4 on 4 off days, for our new contract in Carlisle. Based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading a factory-fed warehouse operation.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of £13.01 per hr with a 1.25% increase for any overtime. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Handling and putting away palletised goodsStacking and handling palletised goods onto trailersDriving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improvePutting pallets into the line feeder for productionWhat you need to succeed at XPO:

A track record of operating an FLT truckA focus on health and safetyExperience within warehousing would be beneficialCounterbalance license B1Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experiencePreferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be givenPreferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be givenBe part of something big.
