Reliable and motivated candidates are required for multiple full-time, permanent day and night shift positions within a busy warehouse, logistics and distribution environment, supporting the safe movement, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of customer goods.

This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates to join the company as a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver, working as part of a team that helps keep goods moving efficiently.
Working as the Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver, you will support loading, unloading, stock movement, storage, order preparation and dispatch while following health and safety procedures at all times.
As the Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver, you will use warehouse systems and handheld scanners, maintain accurate stock records and help ensure operational targets are achieved across day or night shift operations.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver include:
Forklift Truck Operation: Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficientlyLoading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles in line with operational requirementsOrder Picking and Packing: Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse systemsStock Movement: Move goods throughout the warehouse and maintain organised storage locationsStock Checks: Carry out stock checks and support accurate inventory controlEquipment Checks: Complete daily equipment checks and report defects or maintenance requirementsHealth and Safety: Follow all health and safety procedures and company policiesWarehouse Support: Assist with general warehouse duties and work as part of a team to achieve operational targetsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Valid Forklift Truck / FLT LicenceCounterbalance and/or Reach Truck experiencePrevious experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environmentExperience using RF scanners and warehouse management systemsGood understanding of stock control and warehouse processesAble to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to health and safetyReliable, punctual and able to work independentlyFlexible and able to undertake manual handling and lifting dutiesExperience loading and unloading trailers would be desirablePrevious experience working day or night shifts would be desirableKnowledge of inventory management systems or additional MHE licences would be advantageousBENEFITS
